Healing Connections is a multidisciplinary private practice clinic which includes psychologists, a licensed social worker, nurse practitioners, marriage and family therapists, and licensed professional counselors. We specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and are DBT certified by the state of Minnesota. We offer a comprehensive DBT program which includes individual therapy, skills groups, skills coaching and consultation. In addition, we provide individual, marriage and family therapy, medication management, and an Intensive Outpatient Program.
At present, we are seeking a therapist who is a licensed mental health professional in the State of Minnesota, or able to be licensed in MN, and able to accept third party reimbursements. Testing and supervisory competence would be a plus but not required. Knowledge and practice of DBT would be beneficial, however as a training facility we would assist the individual in gaining competence in this area.

Experienced independently licensed mental health clinician who is knowledgeable of and competent in treatment of individuals who are appropriate for this site and its programming. This person is responsible for the care of clients during programming hours, educating clients in the appropriate materials, coordination of care with other treating professionals as well as providing individual therapy hours. This person has demonstrated additional abilities to develop and implement new programming, market programming, develop research or assist in the development of a program in some other measurable manner. This person will be independently licensed.
Implement treatment and interventions reflective of identified client needs.
Maintain client records in accordance with policy requirements.
Attend clinical and ethical consultation meetings.
Provide service that is reflective of the needs of the program.
Attend professional in-house training.
Participate in peer review process.
Submit all records for billing in a timely manner.
Coordinate care with both in-house and outside treating professionals as stated in the program manual.
