We are seeking a full-time night-shift Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our 12 NNP and 20 physician practice in Phoenix, Arizona.
Phoenix Perinatal Associates (PPA) provides a full range of services serving three level-III NICUs (65-beds, 70-beds, 28 beds) and one level-II Special Care Nursery (5 beds).
Night-shift NNPs serve the two larger Banner Healthcare Level III NICUs with our in-house Neonatologists and receive a significant pay differential.
PPA provides extensive resident education at Banner University Medical Center where our physicians are assistant professors, as well as Family Practice NICU resident education at Honor Health.
Our level III NICUs provide high frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, total body cooling and aEEG.
PPA Neonatologists provide ECMO at one Level III unit and ECMO is available in the PICU at another hospital.
PPA Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and Neonatologists work as a cohesive team to provide care for an average daily census of 130-140, with approximately 1500 admissions annually.
