Oversight of Activity Coordinators and the quality of their job performance. Collaboration with Student Life Program Directors and Managers regarding campus needs. Attend Management Activity planning meetings. Coordinate activities promoting positive behavior in students. Oversight of Holiday Activities. Advertisement throughout campus of major activities. Continue to work on structured activities and the cottage activities throughout shift. Work closely with the treatment team, Recreation Therapists, Teachers, and Student Life staff to coordinate activities that are relevant to the studentsâ€™ treatment goals. Assist with and participate in RT activities.
