The Behavioral Health Outpatient Case Manager is responsible for providing of counseling and case management services to a caseload of approximately 50 clients who are diagnosed with persistent mental illness. Counselors are expected to work with a team of service providers within the agency and throughout the social service community to insure that all needs of clients are met.

Bachelor’s degree in a human services field
Master’s degree preferred
At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health preferred
