What we are looking for:
Foundations Nashville IOP is currently seeking an IOP Director to manage all aspects of the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) relating to client care, quality of services, and therapeutic modalities.
Â The ideal candidate will have the ability to inspire our clientâ€™s confidence in both our staff, and the FRN Model of Treatment. The IOP Director will be a key role in providing daily encouragement to our clients, while also serving as a listening ear and a safe place, as they work through the difficult steps of breaking free from addiction.
Manages all aspects of the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) relating to client care, quality of services, and therapeutic modalities.
Responsible for the Intensive Outpatient Programâ€™s (IOP) intake/admission process including creating new client files; assuring that all necessary paperwork is signed, witnessed, and notarized; and reviewing the policies and procedures of the IOP with the client.
Analyzes information from utilization review as to how much IOP has been used and to identify clients suitable to the IOP based on benefit availability.
Responsible for marketing the IOP to local therapists, attorneys, judges, drug court, addictionologists, hospitals, etc.
Cultivates relationships with Sober Living by touring facilities and determining that their policies are consistent with those of Michaelâ€™s House.
Conducts 1-5 groups per week at the IOP including a relapse prevention group.
Responds to client calls regarding all aspects of the IOP.
Responsible for ensuring that all facilities are maintained to FRNâ€™s standards.
Coordinates all outside 12-step meetings including obtaining signed agreements, tracking 7th Tradition, issuing keys and maintaining calendar.
Responsible for all administrative activities associated with the IOP.
Performs all other duties as required or assigned.

Ability to consistently demonstrate through conduct and communications the stability required to effectively assist patients and their family members through the FRN Model of Treatment.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills.Position continually requires demonstratedprofessionalism, tact and diplomacy.
Must have strong knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrates ability to manage people which includes planning, decision making and facilitating process improvements; takes responsibility for subordinatesâ€™ activities; makes self available to staff and provides regular performance feedback.
Understanding of diverse cultures and gender specific issues and the ability to incorporate needs of gender and culturally diverse groups into the organization.
Understands need for and maintains appropriate confidentiality at all times when interacting with patients, residents, families, visitors, referral sources and all other contacts.
Exhibits excellent customer relation skills as evidenced by supportive and constructive communication with all contacts including coworkers, patients, residents, visitors, families and referral sources.
Working knowledge of 12-step program.
A current, valid driverâ€™s license is required for frequent business travel between locations.
