Master's Degree is required, with degree in Social Work, Counseling/Clinical Psychology or related field. 1- 2 years experience providing case management, crisis intervention, counseling, and care coordination to young adults and/or college students required. Three years of experience is preferred. Must be licensed in Texas as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist. Experience working in a university counseling center is preferred. Training and experience in brief therapy and group therapy is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with campus personnel, such as professionals in academic affairs and/or student life is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians is required. Experience providing culturally sensitive treatment to a diverse client population is required. Advanced knowledge of case management best practices is required. Ability to collect and report data is required. Experience helping clients navigate insurance systems is preferred. Understanding of the mental healthcare service delivery system is required. Familiarity with and experience using an electronic health record is required. |
