NNP in Port St. Lucie Best of the Florida Treasure Coast!
Mednax is seeking NNPs to join our neonatal team at St. Lucie Medical Center, in Port St. Lucie, Florida. In order to meet the diverse needs of our growing community, we are expanding and will now be providing 24/7 coverage. We have consistently received positive patient satisfaction scores and high patient safety ratings and our medical practice provides services to many hospitals across South Florida. - Level-I NICU currently in process of expanding to a Level-II
- Currently 8 beds with 16 after the expansion
- All are private mother/baby rooms
- Average daily census of 5
- Handle 600 annual deliveries with expectations of an increase to 1200
- Mix of 12 and 24 hour shifts
- Variety of procedures including umbilical catheter placement, intubation, PICC lines, and chest tubes
