Exciting Neonatologist opportunity available in Richmond, VA Pediatrix has an exciting opportunity for a neonatologist to join our network of experienced healthcare providers in one of the largest neonatology groups in the Mid-Atlantic. We are seeking an associate neonatologist to join our team of providers covering four Bon Secours Mercy Hospitals in the Richmond, VA area. Responsibilities include management of critically ill sub-specialty newborns, delivery room coverage, neonatal transport coverage and wellborn nursery coverage. Call is from home, supporting our team of experienced neonatal nurse practitioners and physicians assistants. - This is a multi-hospital NICU practice based in Richmond, VA that is affiliated with Bon Secours Mercy Health System.
- St. Mary's Hospital is the hub of the practice with a Level-IIIB, 21-bed NICU with perinatology and pediatric sub-specialty support.
- St. Francis Medical Center and Memorial Regional Medical Center are level-IIIA NICUs with 8 and 9 beds respectively and active well born nurseries
- Southside Regional Medical Center is a 7-bed level-II NICU with newborn nursery coverage
- This is an active, thriving practice with ample quality improvement, collaborative and leadership opportunities.
