Job Summary: The Associate Clinical Supply Specialist is responsible for picking all add-on OR cases. This position is tasked with maintaining 55 inventory par locations with a total of 11,793 total inventory lines to manage. The Associate Clinical Specialist is responsible for ordering and restocking an average of 608 lines of daily inventory, as well as checking for expired/damaged product and rotating stock, the maintenance and restocking of 60 crash carts (avg 75/month), daily inventory and restocking of 21 specialty OR carts and 18 OR's room stock, the daily distribution/pick up of an average of 18 instrument pans to clinics and inpatient units, delivering instrument pans to ongoing OR cases, restocking the shelves with unused instrument pans and unused/returned OR case pick items. Associate Clinical Specialists also serve as primary customer service support for OR clinical staff and inpatient service centers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides materials and equipment requested in a timely manner.
- Assembles carts for distribution.
- Ensures supplies are in a clean and safe working condition and environment. Maintains adequate supply in storage locations.
- Cleans, prepares, and tests specialty beds or equipment for safety.
- May capture patient charges for supplies.
