Physical Therapist (Full Time)
Job Summary: The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for performing an age and diagnosis specific assessment designed to gather date relevant to the patient's/residents/client's individual needs. This includes the evaluation and assessment of cognitive, sensory, neuromuscular, physiological, psychosocial and functional status. The PT develops a plan of care, initiates, performs and manages treatment as indicated, assesses response to treatment, and assists with discharge planning. The PT utilizes exercise, soft tissue mobilization, joint manipulation, manual therapy techniques, equipment and physical and electrical modalities to improve strength, balance, coordination and range of motions, and to decrease pain to restore mobility an
