Swedish Medical Group is seeking an experienced, full-time physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join its Hospitalist program. This unique position focuses on the care of vulnerable patients and the transition of care from acute to ambulatory settings. It is open to candidates for the Swedish Ballard, Edmonds or Swedish First Hill campuses. The ideal candidate will be a big team player with a positive attitude, have good communication skills and an ACLS certification. In this role, you will be responsible for patient education and creating post-treatment and post-discharge strategies for families and patients.
