We have an exciting opportunity for a neonatal nurse practitioner to join our established group of 60 NNPs and 35 neonatologists in Fort Worth, Texas. •The NNPs provide comprehensive neonatal care from the delivery room through discharge at eleven NICUs, including two tertiary high-risk delivery hospitals, TX Health Harris Methodist Fort Worth and Baylor Scott & White All Saints, and one Level IV children's hospital, Cook Children's Medical Center, with cardiac, surgical, and ECMO patients. NNPs also provide newborn care at four hospitals. •Excellent opportunity for professional growth exists for both experienced practitioners and new graduates. •You can participate in research, collaborative quality improvement activities and the development and implementation of new protocols. •Active participation in the VON network, via data entry and platform presentations pertaining to quality and best practices Fort Worth is the 16th largest city in the United States and the fifth largest city in the state of Texas.
