Schedule: 

PRN/Full Time/Part time- Days

The role you’ll contribute:

Evaluates and treats patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, psychosocial, and/or limitations with activities of daily living as medically prescribed.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• The Physical Therapist will practice within the Scope of Standards of Therapy Services practice.
• Collection of comprehensive data pertinent to the patients’ health or situation.
• Performs consults as indicated from database collection
• Analyzes the assessment data to determine course of treatment.
• Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient or situation.
• The Patient’s Plan of Care is developed to attain expected outcomes.
• Implements the identified plan.
• Evaluates progress toward attainment of expected outcomes

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy school.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
• CPR/BLS and ACLS certification required.
