Summary
The Physical Therapist / PT is responsible for evaluation and treatment of inpatients and outpatients upon referral from a physician. The Physical Therapist / PT develops a plan of care for each patient referred and is responsible for its implementation and modification as necessary in accordance with the hospital�s policies and procedures relative to care and treatment of patients.
The Per Diem is primarily to fill when staff members are off, and to cover 2 weekend days per 4 week schedule; either Saturday or Sunday.
Qualifications:Education
Minimum: Experience and education must be any combination recognized by the state of Florida for license as a Physical Therapist / PT
Preferred: Masters in Physical Therapy, Bachelor in Physical Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Experience
Preferred: One year experience in an acute care hospital as a Physical Therapist / PT
Other Qualifications
Current Florida Physical Therapist / PT License
Required Certification: BLS
Per Diem Days, incuding some weekend hours
