SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Evaluates, directs, plans, and provides Occupational Therapy treatment for patients of all ages with a wide variety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence. Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical report to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies. Demonstrates ability to treat and care for patients of all ages.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of an AOTA accredited school of OT with a Bachelor's or Master's degree required
License certified as an Occupational Therapist by AOTCB or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania required
