Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full-time clinician for the Out-patient Behavioral Health unit to work 8:30-4:30 at Morristwon Medical Center.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting one time clinical and risk assessments of adults referred by community partner as well as assessments for adult patients with both medical and behavioral health issues
• Complete evidence based screening tools, conduct individual and family sessions, therapeutic process groups for patients with similar medical concerns such as post partum, diabetes and/or geriatric population
• Development of individualized treatment plans ability to complete all documentation requirements as per joint commission, CMS and State regulations

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or other behavioral health related field required

License/Certification:

• Clinical License Required; LCSW, LPC or Licensed Psychologist

Relevant Experience:

• Experience working with patients with both medical and behavioral health issues as well as geriatric population
• Previous outpatient clinical setting experience preferred
