Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Behavioral Health Clinician in the Department of Medicine at Overlook Medical Center from 8:30am to 3:30pm and every other weeekend.

Job Functions

• Identify patients for the delirium program
• Assess needs for counseling and education and provide education as appropriate
• Collaborate with staff in providing behavior management techniques
• Assist caregivers in preparation for discharge
• Provide appropriate activities for patients
• Assist in training and supporting volunteers

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Social work

Education:

• Master's degree in Social work or realted field

Relevant Experience:

• Experience working with patients with dementia preferable
