Newton Medical Center is seeking a Psychologist (Licensed Ph.D or Psy.D required) for outpatient behavioral health. This position is 22.5 hours/3 days per week and is benefits eligible. Come join this amazing team!

Essential Job Functions:

The Licensed Psychologist is responsible for conducting psychological evaluations for bariatric surgical candidates and submitting evaluations along with recommendations to the referral source. The candidate will also have a caseload for general behavioral health and be responsible for conducting individual and group therapy sessions for adults.

Education:

• Licensed Ph.D or Psy.D required

Experience:

• 2+ years in outpatient clinic setting preferred
• Previous experience with Bariatric Psychological evaluations preferred
