Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Radiation Therapist for Radiation Oncology Unit at Morristown Medical Center, to work 8 am - 4 pm.

Essential Functions:

• The Radiation Therapist will deliver radiation treatment to patients under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist

Responsibilities include:

• performing machine quality assurance on the linear accelerator
• Scheduling and modifying patient appointments
• Charge capture and review of patient charges for accuracy and assistance in simulation when necessary
• This position may be asked to provide coverage at our other AHS Radiation Oncology Departments

Education:

• Graduate of an approved Radiation Program
• ARRT Registered
• Must have a current NJ Radiation Therapist License.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience preferred.
• Experience with Varian True Beam, Aria and Epic is preferred
• Basic computer skills such as Microsoft word and excel
