ChristianaCare has an exciting HR leadership opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner/Manager to lead a team of HRBP's to identify and drive talent strategies of our provider entity and ambulatory practices. The HR Manager will lead the prioritization and delivery of HR talent solutions including people strategy, culture, and succession management. The leader will serve as a data-driven thought partner accelerating problem-solving and driving business outcomes through innovative human capital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, prioritizes, and leads talent-related initiatives to identify and resolve workforce/business needs and implement retention strategies affecting clinical and non-clinical staff and physicians/advance practice clinicians (providers).
- Collaborates with Medical Group leaders and extended HR Team to deliver an HR strategy that drives business outcomes
- Leads HRBP team in translating the business strategy into a talent strategy that embeds and reinforces a culture where all caregivers are seen, heard, valued, and have an equitable opportunity to succeed.
- Leads a team of HR Business Partners in providing skilled HR consultation and support to all caregivers, leaders, and providers in The Medical Group.
- Leads special projects based on key Medical Group people strategy and business objectives.
- Embeds measurement outcomes into HR strategies and programs to ensure business effectiveness.

Position Requirements:
B.S. degree in Human Resources or related field required. Master's degree preferred. Eight years of progressively responsible broad-based experience in Human Resources, including previous HRBP and consulting experience required. Three years of leadership experience required. Work experience in a large matrixed environment supporting decentralized clients preferred. SPHR certification preferred.
