RN Nurse Manager, Infusion Center – Relocation Available
United Health Services in Upstate New York is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Manager to oversee clinical operations at our infusion centers at Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, New York (six chairs) and Binghamton General Hospital in Binghamton, New York (four chairs). Eligible candidates can receive relocation assistance of $5,000 to move to the Greater Binghamton, Upstate NY area.
United Health Services’ two infusion centers provide IV and injectable treatments prescribed by physicians, including the administration of IV medications or antibiotics; allergy and asthma treatments; IV hydration; infusions for gastrointestinal, neurologic, and rheumatologic treatments; infusion of immune globulin, chemotherapy, biologics, blood, and blood products; and treatment of bleeding disorders.

Nurse Manager Position Overview
The Infusion Nurse Manager will manage nursing teams and clinical operations at two hospital-based infusion centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring their team is attuned to patient satisfaction and maintains standards related to quality and safety.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and evaluate patient and staff data/processes to support the nursing practice and delivery of patient care
- Develop and sustain an environment that empowers and supports nurses in determining relevant problems and diagnoses
- Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice and services administration for the infusion teams
- Conduct performance appraisals for direct reports based on professional practice standards, relevant statutes, rules and regulations, and other criteria
- Demonstrate current knowledge of healthcare organizations to advance the unit’s nursing practice and the provision of quality healthcare services
- Collaborate with nursing staff at all levels and with interdisciplinary teams, executive leaders, and stakeholders

Position Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
- 3 years of progressively responsible, relevant clinical experience
- Current licensure or license eligibility to practice as an RN in New York State
Preferred:
- Master of Science in Nursing degree
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience
- Professional certification in a related nursing specialty (administration or clinical practice)
