Marshfield Clinic Health System - Marshfield Center is seeking Optometrists to join our established team! The Optometrist is a skilled member of the allied health team who provides general optometric services to patients according to the philosophy and practice objectives established by Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) and the Department of Ophthalmology.
The Optometrist works independently, exercising sound clinical judgment and a commitment to customer focus, people orientation, system integration, and financial stability. The Optometrist demonstrates leadership and professionalism as a center citizen when acting as a representative of the MCHS and develops professional relationships within the community to promote and grow the practice.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.
Minimum Required: Graduate of accredited School of Optometry.
Preferred/Optional: None
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required: None
Preferred/Optional: Experience in multidisciplinary setting.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.
Minimum Required: Current license of Optometrist (OD) in State of Wisconsin. Diagnostic Pharmaceutical Agents / Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents certifications. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.
Preferred/Optional: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.
