We have open positions for therapists in a variety of settings including school-based, primary care, maternal care, as well as inpatient and outpatient behavioral health clinics.
Relocate to Montana for this position and receive up to $12,500. This job is eligible for the CARE in Montana Program, which reimburses you for relocation expenses. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related counseling field required.
- Current Montana LCSW or LCPC licensure required.
- Current CPR certification required as applicable to assigned area(s).
- Possess knowledge of evidenced based practice and experience in assessment, crisis assessment, brief therapies, and clinical case management preferred.
- Ability to analyze, intervene and evaluate a range of psychosocial theory and methods as applicable to assigned area(s).
- Possess knowledge of cultural, ethnic, social, historical and spiritual issues relevant to the provision of mental health treatment as applicable to assigned area(s) preferred.
- Additional requirements as applicable to assigned area(s):
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in mental health treatment programs or substance abuse.
- Possess a working knowledge of: Psychiatry, Psychology, Social Work, and/or Education.
- De-escalation training successfully obtained within one (1) year of hire.
- Experience and/or knowledge of behavioral health disorders and treatment modalities.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
- Commitment to working in a team environment and maintaining confidentiality as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Possess and maintain computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed
