Mercy Health System is seeking a full-time LCSW to join our large Behavioral Health clinic in Springfield, Missouri. This outpatient mental health clinic is part of a large integrated health system that offers employees competitive compensation, medical and dental benefits, life insurance, retirement with matching programs, and continuing education reimbursement.
Our Mercy Behavioral Health team consists of 18 providers across the Southwestern Missouri region. Our Behavioral Health providers work closely with each other and other health care clinicians, including Mercy Primary Care Physicians, Specialists, Psychiatrists, etc. to provide the best mental health services available. Our group has won numerous awards for excellence in patient care, as measured by client satisfaction indicators. In addition to general specialty mental health/psychotherapy practice, opportunities are available to participate in integrated health care within the Mercy system, such as bariatric surgery, non-surgery bariatrics, and cardio-pulmonary rehab.
Requirements for this position include a LCSW licensure to practice in the state of Missouri. The preferred candidate will possess a generalist background, with specific competencies in providing comprehensive direct clinical services to diverse patient populations. Clients served include children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, presenting a variety of behavioral and psychological concerns. Experience with providing evaluation and psychotherapy services to children and adults in an outpatient setting is preferred.
