This Specialty Care Senior Social Worker is assigned to the Oncology clinic located in the Loma Linda VA Main Facility. The selectee will be assigned to provide appropriate clinical services including, but not limited to, psychosocial assessments, implement treatment plans, provide ongoing case management, completing transplant assessments and education, counsel and educate on disease process, assist with advance health care planning, and educate end of life.
