The primary care women's health physician medical director will provide direct patient care and work as a member of an expanded healthcare team (social worker, dietician, clinical pharmacist, behavioral health clinician, and a care manager) to oversee and coordinate care for a population of Veterans in a group practice setting using the new Patient Aligned Care Team model. As Medical Director, will supervisor 2 providers and collaborate as needed with the Women Veteran Program Manager.
