The Director of the Office of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development will support the Nemours strategy and oversee operations of the Office of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development. The role of the Director is to support academic professional development, advancement and promotion and Nemours national footprint as an academic institution. This role will be critical in developing infrastructure, assessing faculty and clinician needs, and developing key curricula and assessing program outcomes. This position will also serve as the liaison to existing resources and collaborating stakeholders both internal and external to Nemours. Some of the essential functions are listed below:
