The clinical services provided include Substance Abuse and Mental Health Evaluations, Individual, Family, and Group Therapy.  The Clinical Psychotherapist assumes a primary role in assessment, diagnosis, collaborative treatment plan development, case management, and coordination of all other concurrent clinical therapies.* Participates in on-call rotation, conducting crisis assessments and developing safety plans with clients experiencing a behavioral health crisis.* Provides clients with appropriate resources and referrals when clinically indicated.* Demonstrates proper precautions when dealing with suicidal, homicidal, and/or dangerous clients.* Maintains an awareness of schedule and schedule changes.* Meets the department goals for weekly productivity.* Responds to phone calls and customer service needs in a professional and timely manner.* Adheres to all departmental and organizational requirements, guidelines and practices.* Recognizes opportunities for performance improvements and initiates efforts for system improvements.* Assumes responsibility for own professional continuing education and developmental needs.* Demonstrates collaboration and team oriented interpersonal relationships* Documents comprehensive evaluations to include assessments, diagnosis, and  treatment plans* Provides appropriate psychotherapy and follow-up for individuals, couples, families, and groups.* Provides age-specific client care safely and efficiently, in accordance with training, certification, experience, and Colorado Mental Health statutes.What You Bring/Job Requirements:Requirements * Masters or Doctoral degree in behavioral health field required.* Two years of experience in outpatient psychotherapy setting; experience in a hospital-based psychiatric clinic preferred.* Licensure in appropriate discipline - LCSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker or LPC Licensed Professional Counselor The Clinical Psychotherapist provides services for which he/she is trained and qualified.  All services are provided in accordance with Colorado State Mental Health laws, regulatory agency, and departmental guidelines, policies, and standards Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
