The Associate Chief of Staff (ACOS), Primary Care is responsible for clinical, managerial, and administrative functions within the Primary Care Service and reports directly to the Chief of Staff of the Roseburg VA Health Care System. Broad clinical/administrative expertise is required in order to coordinate Veteran care in collaboration with the other Medical Centers, other VA and Non-VA medical centers, VA Integrated Service Networks (VISN), VA Central Office (VACO), and other stakeholders.
