Columbia Valley Community Health (CVCH) is growing! CVCH is a dynamic, progressive community health center with locations in Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, and Chelan.  We have an excellent opportunity for a Associate Behavioral Health Director at our Adult Behavioral Health location.

The Associate BH Director for Adult Behavioral Health has direct responsibility for all assigned behavioral health services. This responsibility includes the authority to oversee all aspects of service delivery, regulatory compliance, quality, efficiency, and the supervision of assigned behavioral health providers. This is a full-time position with a flexible balance of clinical and administrative duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Behavioral Health. Clinical duties include outpatient services as a mental health therapist. Duties also include assisting in the training of practicum students in the department by providing supervision and training. The Associate BH Director is directly accountable to the Executive Director of Behavioral Health.

Position Requirements:

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or counseling psychology.
• Fully licensed mental health professional in WA State or eligible to obtain licensure upon hire.
• Approved Clinical Supervisor: must meet Washington State requirements for providing clinical supervision to mental health professionals.
