The Registered Nurse (RN) Housing and Urban Development - VA Supported Housing (HUD-VASH) Case Manager functions directly to support the activities of the Mental Health Integrated Clinical Community (MH ICC). They are responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise on processes and regulations. The RN will serve as a liaison to both internal and external providers and will be responsible for managing the care of the Veteran and the seamless transition to and from the community.
