The Social Worker in the Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) position in Social Work Service at the Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania VA Medical Center (WB VAMC) provides services to patients/significant others treated in the HCHV Program. The incumbent provides outreach, assessments, referrals and case management services to homeless veterans identified in the community. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
