Registered Nurse- Community Care Nurse Coordinator
The Central Virginia VA Healthcare System is recruiting for two positions as Registered Nurse (Community Care Nurse Coordinator) in the Community Care Service. The Community Care Coordinators are critical to meet the projected workload demands for Community Care. The position will include management of inpatient, outpatient, home health and traveling Veteran consult management. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
