The Supervisory Medical Instrument Technician (MIT)(Polysomnography) provides direct supervision to all sleep laboratory technicians who perform night studies and daytime sleep technicians performing the CPAP/BiPAP set-ups, scoring of studies, and setting up home sleep studies.
