Lead Occupational Therapist
The Lead Therapist serves as a clinical role model in providing therapy services to customers while additionally providing leadership and support to the Benefis Therapy Services team. The Lead Therapist serves as a resource and coordination point for creating a professional practice environment that focuses on the clinical competence, quality improvement and standards of care to facilitate the highest quality of evidence-based therapy care. Responsibilities include process improvement, staff education, leadership for regulatory compliance and assisting in the development of new programs and services.
