The Physical Therapist (PT) serves those patients in any Out-Patient Clinic, Acute Care unit, Geriatric clinics or CLC as patient care requirements dictated at the Northport Health Care System. Physical Therapists provide clinical services to address a vast array of problems that impact the health and function of a wide range of diverse patients.
