Dosimetrist, Radiation Oncology
Overview Overlook Medical Center is seeking a full-time Dosimetrist for Radiation-Oncology to work from 8 AM to 4 PM. Responsibilities Provide radiation physics support related to graphical planning and dose calculation for Radiation Oncology patients campus-wide.Obtain, interpret, and use patient-specific information necessary for treatment planning. This includes the physician's prescription indicating the part of the body to be treated and the dose to be delivered.Consult with radiation oncologists and therapists as needed throughout the planning process.Radiation Therapy Simulation and Treatment Delivery: Advise and interpret pertinent information obtained during simulation.Ensure correct implementation of radiation treatme
