Learn more at www.multicarejobs.org Position Summary: The ERC Associate provides first point of contact for employees, and ensures employees receive the highest quality of service by recognizing individual needs, and by putting them first in the transactions. Accesses various media to respond to employee concerns, including telephony, hard copy, email and questions via AskHP system. Checks hard copy records for completeness and accuracy, scans and enters into HRIS. Triages requests and tracks all activity in case management system, routes and/or escalates issues appropriately
