MENTOR, a member of the Sevita family, is a community-based, behavioral health care organization offering a continuum of services including adult behavioral health, substance abuse counseling, children’s behavioral health, autism services, and early childhood services.

We have two roles available:

• The In-Home Therapist role provides in-home therapy to children, youth and their families within their given catchment area. Responsibilities include: treatment planning, developing and implementing goals to reach within time frame specifications.
• The Mental Health Clinician is responsible for providing outpatient mental health and/or substance abuse services to individuals, groups, families and couples.  

Qualifications:

Approved MA level degree

License-eligible (Mental Health clinician role only)

Experience working with youth

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
