Program Manager Cardiology - Heart Failure Coordinator
DescriptionSummary: Works with the ministry leaders, physicians and associates to seek opportunities to obtainand maintain accreditations and certifications related to the Heart Failure patient. Accept organizational responsibility for the promotion of cardiology services throughcommunity outreach for NTEX. Maintain and evaluate systems to facilitate planning for delivery of care. Coordinate nursing care with other healthcare discipline and assist in integrating servicesacross the continuum of healthcare.
