Supervisor Case Management - Registered NurseSUMMARY: The purpose of this role is to provide overall supervision of staff and activities in the Case Management department. Accountabilities include monitoring, evaluating and directing staff and assigned department functions. The incumbent will assist with recruitment and hiring of staff, evaluation of staff competency, coaching and counseling assigned staff, ongoing evaluation and refinement of staff development programs, and oversight of staff schedules.JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred and either the bachelor's or master's degree must be in nursing.
