Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Case Manager for the Behavioral Health Departments at Hackettstown Medical Center to work 8:30AM - 4:30PM.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the development, implementation, and enforcement of all policies
• Planning and administration of all operational functions including human resources, fiscal, and reporting requirements of the program
• Ensure that programs and services are consistent with the organization's mission
• With physician leadership, establish and implement a formal quality assurance program

Minimum Education:

• Masters Degree in Social Work or other related allied health field.

Minimum Experience:

• At least 5 years of clinical work.
• At least 3 years administrative experience.

License/ Certification:

• Clinical license required.
