This Social Worker - Community Living Center (CLC) position is located in the Social Work Services at the Tomah, Wisconsin, VA Medical Center. The incumbent is responsible for the care management of the residents in the CLC and uses a high level of skill in assessing and treating the complicated psychosocial problems of residents.
