The Hospitalist APC role will provide care to our patients during the night shifts.The APC's primary role is to assess patients for risks associated with the care of the acutely and chronically ill. The APC will also work with an interdisciplinary health care team to make acute and complex chronic condition diagnoses. This position will including answering floor calls and assisting with admissions in the ED.
