Dartmouth College Counseling Center is looking to hire a counselor who has established experience providing counseling and outreach/programming to Black, Indigenous & People of Color (BIPOC) students. Through this work, the aim is to advance intentional efforts to provide services to our increasingly diverse student population. As such, the successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working with BIPOC student populations. The counselor in this position will provide culturally informed short-term individual counseling, group counseling, diagnostic assessment, on-call crisis intervention and management (daytime/after hours), and outreach & prevention services to students, faculty, and staff, particularly focused on needs of BIPOC students.
