Physicians Medical Group of San Jose, part of Optum, is growing and we are looking for a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner for our busy Primary Care Family clinic.

Our office is a fast-paced environment. We value all employees. We are seeking a team player to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Location: San Jose, CA
• Primary Care, Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
• Employed & benefited
• Full time schedule
• Outpatient only
• Clinic Hours Mon-Fi 8a-5p
• Patient Schedule: Average of 18 - 22 patients per day
• Dedicated support staff of nurses and medical assistants

Required Qualifications:

• Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
• Unrestricted California Advanced Practice Clinician license
• Current AANP/ANCC/NCCPA certification
• Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
• Excellent time management skills
• EMR Proficient

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• 3+ years of experience in similar job function

California Residents Only: The salary range for California residents is $135,331.00 to $185,913.00. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
