Job DescriptionThe Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP) Nurse is responsible for the coordination of the BCCP grant program. This individual will be responsible for patient navigation throughout the continuum of care for BCCP cancer screening services. The BCCP Nurse will interact with contracted providers as well as the Harford County Health Department and works collaboratively with inter-disciplinary staff and partners. The nurse will screening and pathology results; consult with screening provider as needed and report if the recommended recall does not follow BCCP grant requirements.
