Position Highlights
- Physician-led, patient centered team-based environment.
- Providing full spectrum Pediatric Care, focusing on value-based care, and supported by a robust team of specialists.
- Full-time; Work-Life Balance; Flexible Scheduling (potential for 8 or 10-hour shifts)!
- Local office hours are:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 7:00pm; and
- Saturday – Sunday: No current weekend hours, but potential to add Saturday’s in the future from approximately 8:00a – 12:00p.
- Full-Time schedules are highly flexible/adaptable, but generally require an equal combination of day & evening shift hour coverage (i.e., at least 1-2 shifts per week working until 7:00pm, Monday – Friday).
[Note: Schedules are confirmed at least 1 month in advance, an ideal candidate would be someone with scheduling flexibility & ability to work combination of day and evening shift hours weekly.]
- No current on-call & inpatient/hospital rounding.
- Average patient load: Goal/Target is 3-4 patients per hour.
- Teamwork; Evidence-based Medicine.
- Autonomy to practice at the peak of your license.

- Current EMR technology is EPIC & potential for personal scribe in the future.
- Daily/dedicated/consistent advanced practice provider support & robust ancillary support staff (LPN’s, CMA’s, Front Office, Office Manager, etc.)
Primary Responsibilities:
Direct and manage a complete continuum of high-quality care within the care team.
Clinical responsibilities include wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures.
Treat pediatric patients in clinic, typically 20-25 patients a day with ancillary support team.
Reviews patient file/record, including allergies, problems, medications, and immunization status.
Elicits and records information about patient’s medical history.
Orders or executes various tests, analyses, and diagnostic images to provide information on patient’s condition.
Analyzes reports and findings of tests and examination and diagnoses condition of patient.
Oversees and provides collaborative support to Advanced Practice Clinicians.

Required Qualifications:
- Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatrics.
- Unrestricted medical license in the State of New Jersey or has New Jersey medical license application in process.
- Active and unrestricted DEA License (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Active New Jersey CDS license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- You will be provisioned with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and are required to perform this role with patients and members on site, as this is an essential function of this role.
New Jersey Residents Only: The salary range for New Jersey residents is $212,020 to $297,800. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
