The Northern Arizona VA Health Care System is recruiting for a Senior Social Worker in our Integrated Therapies Service, within the Active Management of Pain Program, Prescott, AZ. The Senior Social Worker is a member of the Pain Management Clinic as an integral part of the interdisciplinary treatment team in providing high-quality case management, clinical treatment, advocacy, and coordination of linkages to other appropriate VA or community service providers and/or agencies as needed.
