Department Overview

Position Summary

Responsible for the evaluation and provision of physical therapy services to children; the accompanying written documentation and verbal communication needed to administer care including physician orders; provides patient/family/caregivers, staff and student training; provide a safe, clean environment; provides proper care for departmental equipment; manages time effectively and promotes patient/family, physician and intradepartmental satisfaction. All of the position's duties are performed within Children's Hospitals and Clinics Standards of Behavior.

This is an outpatient physical therapy position in Minnetonka. This clinic has specialty programs including complex gait clinic, universal exercise unit ("spider cage"), serial casting, and bowel and bladder therapy.

BS or BA degree from an accredited physical therapy school. Licensed with the State of Minnesota. BLS certification. Pediatric experience preferred.
